• The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the accounts payable for multiple sites within the company
• This position will accurately review and process invoices for a large number of vendors while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• This person should be comfortable in a heavy workload environment and manage it with energy and accuracy.
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Must be able to thrive in a paperless environment
• Attention to detail is required
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Working with members from other departments on requests and issues related to payables
• Manage inbound mail and other office management duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• 0-3 Years of experience in customer service experience
