**Actuarial Analyst** **Location:** This role requires associates to be in-office **1-2** days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. _Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law._ The **Actuarial Analyst** will assist in the determination of rates while analyzing, developing and validating statistical data. The Actuarial Analyst will provide topline revenue support for Medicaid markets TX, MO, and KS. **How you will make an impact:** + Under limited supervision, applies the appropriate actuarial analytical tools to the data and performs preliminary actuarial and statistical analysis. + Updates actuarial pricing, valuation and forecasting models as directed. + Refines and collects appropriate data for actuarial analysis and ensures reasonableness and accuracy by coordination within the division. **Minimum Requirements:** Requires a BA/BS degree and to have passed a minimum of one Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) actuarial exam; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:** + Intermediate Excel experience strongly preferred. + Intermediate SQL and/or SAS query experience strongly preferred. + Health insurance industry experience preferred. + Medicaid experience preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $73,600 to $110,400.
