What You'll Do
Meet and exceed fair, attainable sales goals through phone-based sales
Generate and follow up on high-quality leads (no cold calling required)
Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, Property Managers, and other referral partners
Educate clients on home, auto, and life insurance policies, ensuring they have the right coverage
Provide a customer-first approach, ensuring clients understand policy benefits and options
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
Accurately complete and process insurance applications and policy documents
What You'll Need
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
At least 1 year of P&C sales experience (Medicare sales experience does not qualify)
Strong sales and communication skills with a passion for helping clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for financial success
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM software and digital sales tools
Hardwired internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps) and the ability to connect via Ethernet
Dedicated home office space with a desk and chair
Reliable childcare during working hours (if applicable)
