Job Description

Under the direction of the Vice President of Trade, the AVP or Senior Director, Trade Customer Relations will lead cross-functional programs that span internal teams and external healthcare clients. This high-visibility role requires a seasoned professional with deep experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication. The ideal candidate will be adept at presenting complex data and solutions in clear, compelling ways — building strong relationships across internal and external teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives for Trade Customers including White-Label
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and drive resolution.

Internal Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with key constituents, internally and externally, to gather insights, align on priorities, and drive delivery.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

External Engagement & Communication

• Serve as a strategic point of contact for Trade Customers including White-Label, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of information.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations, customer-facing decks, and data-driven insights tailored for Trade Customers including White-Label

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders as well as payer/provider organizations
• Proven experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and implementing operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of process mapping tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
