**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Beautician to join our dynamic team at Rittenhouse Village at Northside. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and aesthetics, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service while providing a wide range of beauty treatments. This role requires strong communication skills, artistic flair, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide a variety of beauty services, including but not limited to:
- Skincare treatments (facials, masks, etc.)
- Hair removal services (waxing, threading, etc.)
- Nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art)
- Makeup application for various occasions
- Eyelash extensions and brow grooming

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Recommend beauty products and treatments to clients based on their skin type, preferences, and concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; specialized beauty or cosmetology certification is required.
- Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and the arts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid cosmetology license, where applicable.
