**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Data entry, filing, copying, and mailing
+ Answering inbound calls and resolving customer questions
+ Providing fast, accurate support to customers
+ Entering and updating data in the system
+ Communicating benefits, policies, and procedures
+ Managing both written and verbal correspondence
**What You'll Need**
+ High School diploma or GED
+ **Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED**
+ At least **1 year of experience** in an office, call center, or customer service role
+ Basic Microsoft Word skills
+ Ability to type **30 WPM** (a plus!)
