Procurement Manager - North America Sourcing

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join our North America Sourcing Team, where you'll lead sourcing execution, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement for a $100M+ portfolio of inorganic chemicals spend. In this role, you'll play a critical part in enhancing procurement strategies, reducing costs, securing supply stability, and enabling growth opportunities.
As a key leader, you will work closely with global sourcing, supply chain, marketing, and R&D teams to transform how raw materials are sourced, handled, and utilized in operations. What You'll Do:
Champion excellence by promoting safety, diversity, inclusion, and ethical procurement practices.
Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, mitigate supply chain risks, and enhance supply security.
Collaborate globally with procurement peers to align on sourcing strategies and ensure seamless execution across regional supply chains.
Leverage market intelligence and digital tools to influence stakeholders and optimize total delivered cost (TDC).
Enhance procurement policies and processes to improve overall business performance and operational efficiency.
Support sustainability initiatives that shape the future of procurement and environmental responsibility.
Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members to foster a high-performance culture.

What You'll Need:
7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in procurement (direct and indirect) and 3+ years leading teams.
Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills to drive results.
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and numerical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in purchasing, engineering, chemistry, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $104,700 - $157,100 per year.
Performance-based annual bonus.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
Compensation is based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
