Aaran Therapy Center in Woodbury, MN is looking for EIDBI Level 1 Behavioral Therapist (immediate hire) to join our team. We are located on 1951 Woodlane Drive, Suite 100. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs to target specific skill areas and behavioral goals.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing ABA techniques such as discrete trial training, naturalistic teaching, and incidental teaching.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including BCBAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide feedback and support to clients' families/caregivers, offering guidance on implementing strategies and techniques outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field (preferred). Or at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. 
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
