We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a hunter mentality and strong ERP sales experience-preferably with NetSuite-to drive new business within mid-market manufacturing accounts. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including discovery, solution alignment, proposal, negotiation, and final contract execution.
Conduct compelling on-site and virtual presentations to C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including business development, solution consulting, and customer support to ensure complete alignment with client needs.
Maintain deep understanding of Oracle's ERP offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends to craft value-driven proposals.
Leverage strategic selling techniques to maximize sales growth, profitability, and account penetration within the assigned territory.
Travel as needed to customer sites to develop relationships and advance opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven success as a hunter in ERP software sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector and mid-market space.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory without Inside or Field Sales support.
Strong knowledge of the NetSuite platform is a significant plus.
Skilled in developing and executing territory plans and leveraging partners when applicable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships while maintaining focus on net-new revenue generation.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.81 to $48.32 per hour; from: $62,000 to $100,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
