As we look ahead to the winter 2024-25 season, we're preparing for our busiest winter yet! Unlike most TC area businesses, our busiest season is when the weather isn't so nice (November - April). With team sports banquets, corporate parties, and indoor birthday parties, as well as bowling leagues and regular walk-in traffic increasing drastically, Incredible Mo's is hiring for Escape Room Game Hosts & Game Masters. We are an award winning family entertainment center including the Supportive Workplace Award for our service to our own staff. We are community focused with partnerships including United Way, Child & Family Services and many more local charities and interests.
Responsibilities
Escapology Game Master - job description
● Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
● Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
● Upsell games and merchandise to customers
● Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
● Maintain safety standards
● Cleaning area in and around venue
● Standing for extended periods.
● Strong Keyboarding and Customer Service/Interaction skills required
