Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
Act as a liaison between executives and other departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
Conduct research and compile information as needed to support executive decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
Maintain confidential records and ensure that sensitive information is handled appropriately.
