As the Executive Assistant at this determined and strategic finance firm with Republican ties, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks while also providing right-hand support to very busy executives. This fast-paced office needs a professional who is solution-oriented and brings focused energy to the task at hand. This is an exciting role for a candidate with previous Executive Assistant, high-level administrative support or background working on Capitol Hill. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complex schedules that consist of in-person and virtual meetings, travel, conferences, events, and more.
• Assist in day-to-day office functions such as greeting visitors and callers.
• Work cooperatively with a dynamic team that is focused on supporting each other.
• Organize and electronically manage all files and various deadlines.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing other duties and special projects as needed in a start-up environment.
