Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression for all guests and clients. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk while delivering a professional and friendly experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming and professional attitude

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly

• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front desk calendars

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
