Responsibilities: + Maintain general ledger for Funds, including day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions (purchase of investments, conversions, accruals, expenses, capital calls, distributions, change in investment valuations, and exit transactions). + Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations. + Process wires for investments and Fund expenses. + Perform quarterly close of the books for Funds, including all financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Partners Capital, Cash Flows, SOI). + Prepare quarter and year-to-date individual partners' capital allocations. + Process capital calls, including allocation calculations and cash receipt tracking. + Process both cash and stock distributions, including detailed distribution calculations. + Track investment data and documentation for all investments. + Complete quarterly tie out to cap tables. + Update and maintain LP records; record and perform calculations for LP interest transfers. + Answer LP inquiries and respond to confirmation requests. + Electronically distribute financial statements, partners' capital statements, K-1s, capital call and distribution notices to LPs. + Other ad hoc responsibilities as appropriate for the position.
