• Greet visitors and families in a warm and professional manner and provide support in directing them to the correct staff member for further assistance.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Coordinate/schedule direct care staff to ensure coverage and address scheduling needs.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and receipt documentation.
• Complete Human Resources supportive tasks
• Provide support to other departments as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or healthcare a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or scheduling role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
