What you’ll do:

• Interpret production schedules to determine assignment duties on finishing tables and hose outputs.
• Accurately pinpoint necessary materials using the Batch Card for each task.
• Set and verify the Automatic Counter settings to ensure precise hose length production.
• Engage and operate the cutting machinery as per procedural norms.
• Assemble hoses by fitting into machines, employing mechanized expander operations, and repeating until the task is complete.

Conduct a sequence of actions including threading hoses through machines, ensuring labeling, coiling, and packing of the products on conveyor systems till completion.

Skills Required:

• Keen understanding of quality assurance protocols.
• Meet and often exceed established productivity benchmarks.
• Keep comprehensive production documentation daily, complying with safety norms and standards at all times.
• Guide fellow colleagues around practices and processes as needed.
• Prepare and correctly label sample and order cartons, printing using label-specific software.
• Aptitude in performing thorough quality assessments and operational oversight.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in basic literacy, equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Self-motivated to fulfill tasks autonomously and within stipulated timeframes.
• Physically fit to undertake prolonged standing, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs).
