Job Description

Gpac is currently working withone of the largest independently owned food/beverage companies in the United States, manufacturing and distributing over 50 brands! They are a family-owned company with a strong value in culture and over 70 years in business.

They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance department, including hands-on leadership maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment and utilities within the plant. This position is located north of Albany, New York and relocation assistance is included.

Here are some of the duties:

* Oversee maintenance department
* Lead and coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance / repairs of manufacturing equipment
* Establish and maintain necessary procedures required to perform routine preventive maintenance
* Assess any problems with the equipment, identify root cause, make the necessary repairs and complete associated documentation
* Train new and existing mechanics
* Inventory management
* Perform all activities in compliance with company GMP and safety policies, procedures and practices
* Work on other projects as requested

An ideal candidate should have:

* 5+ years in Maintenance Manager role
* Experience in a high-speed bottling environment
* Bilingual in Spanish a must
* Hands-on leadership style
* Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, troubleshooting, machine repairs, preventative maintenance
* Experience with Allen Bradly , case packers, and fillers
* Knowledge of OSHA principles for safety in a manufacturing environment
* Associate degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Company is offering relocation assistance and a generous base compensation of 150k-170k.
