• Identify and manage the database and network specific to the Phoenix, AZ area
• Master CRM and database operations tailored to the local market
• Engage in outreach and networking within the military and the general community in Phoenix
• Establish connections in common relocation cities that have ties to the Phoenix area
• Support clients in buying and selling homes effectively
• Simplify and facilitate the relocation process for clients in Phoenix
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads
• Generate leads actively within the Phoenix market
• Schedule and conduct appointments efficiently
• Successfully close sales transactions in the Phoenix real estate market
• Build a specialized team dedicated to military relocation services in Phoenix, focusing on buying and selling homes
Qualifications:
• Real Estate License or the motivation to get one
• Great Communications Skills
