This position provides on-site, white-glove technical support and customer service to internal clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, white-glove customer service and technical support.
- Perform server and desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support customers on the organization's network, resolving computer-related problems.
- Research, implement, and test solutions for system issues; apply software patches and security fixes.
- Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software (client and server platforms).
- Handle warranty and non-warranty computer and printer repairs.
- Instruct and train customers and new staff on PC-related software, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with systems software and documentation standards.
- Assist with major hardware and software deployments and assigned project tasks.
- Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory and assigned training.
- Monitor system reliability and availability.
- Travel daily between sites (valid AZ driver's license and good driving record required).
- Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a liaison to other divisions.
- Develop technical documentation and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to dress code standards.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 4 years of recent IT field experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience with Windows 10, Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Backup solutions, MS System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of computer hardware configuration, Ethernet topology, and IT infrastructure best practices.
- Excellent organization, time management, and ability to adjust plans based on feedback.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and produce technical documentation.
- Ability to attend in-person interviews and start within 2 weeks of offer.
- Achieve required certification and pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting).
- Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a related field.
