We support our acquisitions team with the education, tools, and resources that you need to ensure your success! The foreclosure specialist's sole duty is to focus on acquiring properties that are scheduled to be foreclosed on. By way of contacting homeowners who are at risk of losing their property and equity to their mortgage holder. Most of these individuals are procrastinators in nature. They hide, avoid calls, and don't answer doors. They need consistent follow-up, empathy, and someone who truly cares about them not losing their property. With big problems come BIG CHECKS. • Building strong relationships with local homeowners facing foreclosure through door knocking, texting and calling
• Door-knock foreclosure prospects
• No selling, just simple conversations and gathering information
• Researching and deep dive hard to find individuals using our tools and also Google
• Following up and nurturing warm real estate leads

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to build rapport through empathy
• A love for helping others to earn big checks
• A coachable mindset
• Willingness to follow a proven plan for success
• Personal drive to succeed, along with a dislike for failure
• Passion for or Interested in Real Estate
• Must have reliable transportation
