Roofing Production Assistant – Eagle Eye Renovations (Parker, CO)
Hourly Pay | W2 Position | Opportunity to Earn Commission | Growth-Focused Team
We’re hiring a Roofing Production Assistant to join the Eagle Eye Renovations team! This is a boots-on-the-ground role supporting our roofing crews, sales staff, and project managers with day-to-day job site needs. It’s not a sales job , but if you’re hungry and capable, there is opportunity to earn commission on any roofs you help sell .

What You’ll Be Doing:
Transport small loads of roofing materials and supplies to/from job sites (materials up to 10 ft. long)
Assist in managing crews and materials on job sites
Climb ladders and inspect roofing progress as needed
Help with roof inspections and pre/post-job checklists
Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism
Communicate with office staff and sales team throughout the day
Communicate with homeowners about the production process and timelines.
Schedule and coordinate crews schedules as well as material deliveries, etc.
Ensure proper and timely job completions.
What We Need From You:
Reliable transportation that can haul up to 10’ materials (truck/SUV preferred)
Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
Organized, dependable, and professional with great communication
Hard-working and able to work independently
Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
