**Responsibilities:**
+ Loading and unloading
+ Perform preventative and regular maintenance on all equipment, including troubleshooting
+ Site clean up
+ Use of hand and power tools
+ Perform other duties as necessary and assigned
**Qualifications:**
+ 1+ Years Prior experience in Construction
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Must have verifiable work experience
