This role requires a technical professional with a strong understanding of business product ownership and a passion for analytics, ideally in the area of Customer Analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement ML / AI solutions for logistics, specifically for the Customer Services function. + Implement ways to optimize order processing (OCR / EDI / Portal) + Gain insights from order patterns and call center interactions + Drive personalization of communication to Customers. + Uphold Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions, ensuring a collaborative and values-driven working environment. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. + Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably within a distribution or customer context. + Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methods, ideally in Customer Analytics. + Familiar with techniques to analyze highly unstructured data (speech, text, e-mail). + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and effective manner to various stakeholders. + Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
