Job Title: Medical Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) with Cosmetic Experience
Position Overview: We are looking for a certified Physician Assistant with a minimum of two years of experience in medical dermatology and some experience in cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions and will possess the ability to perform basic cosmetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough skin examinations and diagnose dermatological conditions.
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various skin conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
* Perform minor dermatological procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions.
* Administer cosmetic procedures, such as Botox, fillers, and chemical peels, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
* Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our EMR system.
* Collaborate with board-certified dermatologists and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
* Stay current with advancements in dermatology and cosmetic procedures through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
* Current PA-C certification and licensure to practice in California
* Minimum of two years of experience in medical dermatology.
* Experience with basic cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and chemical peels.
* Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
